Transparency

At AltexSoft the working process is fully transparent, so that clients always know who is responsible for any given task at any time. Every day you will know the status, work history as well as the expected progress and activities for your project.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is one of the key performance indicators of our business. We conduct an independent survey several times a year together with Microsoft and TNS, a third party market research organization. We use the results of this research to improve our service in order to better meet the needs of our customers.

Timely feedback and work at the same direction with customer

We are always looking for ways to help our customers and when a new request is received we strive first of all to find ways of making it easy to do business with us. At AltexSoft customer feedback used in the right way:

  • It is a chance for customers to voice objections, suggest changes or endorse our existing processes, and for us to listen to your suggestions and act upon it. Feedback is most often gathered using questionnaires, on our website, in person, over the telephone, skype or direct mail.
  • The purpose of customer contact programs is to help us deliver tailored information to our customers. Contact programs are particularly useful for reactivating relationships with previous customers.
  • Feedback from our customers about things they buy from other businesses and what new services AltexSoft can provide.

Multicultural customer service and openness for the new challenges

AltexSoft has clients all over the world and it means that our customer service policies and practices are often implemented with consideration to cultural differences and great respect to our clients. We have flexible working schedules and try to cover at least few hours in all time zones for daily communications with our clients.

The easier, the better

We always organize delivery schedules that take into account of the customer’s needs. We avoid bureaucracy (which is often present at big companies) and minimize the amount of paperwork our customers have to do.
