We are looking for candidates for the following positions:
Software Architect/Technical Lead
Required skills:
- 4+ years’ experience in .NET development (strong C# knowledge);
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET 4.0;
- Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns and software architecture principles;
- Experience in code refactoring and optimizations;
- Experience in team leadership and/or project management;
- Strong skills in client communication in English (written and spoken, at least intermediate level);
- Strong knowledge of iterative and/or Agile development processes/approaches;
- Willingness to participate in internal company processes establishment and improving.
Desired skills:
- Practical experience in WCF;
- Practical experience in Silverlight/WPF will be a plus;
- Practical experience in project documentation creation: Software Requirements Specification, Architecture and design specification, Deployment Guide, User Guide, etc.;
- Ability to guide and teach developers.

Required skills:
- 3+ years’ experience with C# and .NET;
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with ASP.NET MVC and WCF;
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/2008;
- Good knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL, NHibernate or other ORM;
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX;
- High degree of self-education and initiative.
Desired skills:
- Good knowledge of OOP and design patterns;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, browser compatibility design;
- Good understanding of agile-based software development process will be a plus;
- Good written & spoken English (at least pre-intermediate level).
